Step 2: Download ProteinLynx Global Server (version 3.0.3)
- You need to buy a licence from Waters
- Make sure to save it in your C drive: C:\PLGS3.0.3
I have a different PLGS version (not 3.0.3.)
If you have a version other than 3.0.3 (e.g. 3.0.2), you can just re-name it to 3.0.3 . Otherwise Multi-Pass Merger won’t work, as it will look for C:\PLGS3.0.3 to process data.
